Terms of Service - Voice Memo Coaching

By purchasing Voice Memo Coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Robin Hilton ("Coach") provides month-to-month voice memo coaching services via Voxer (or agreed messaging platform), including:

One 45-minute Zoom call per month to set goals and strategy
Unlimited voice messages from you during the subscription period
Voice message responses from Coach during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm CST, excluding national holidays)
Shared Google document for tracking action plans and progress


2. PAYMENT & BILLING

Monthly subscription fee: $297 CAD
First payment is due at signup and grants immediate access to services
Subsequent payments are automatically charged on the same day each month
All fees are in Canadian dollars


3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [your email]
Upon cancellation, coaching services will continue through the end of your current paid month
Refund Policy: Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not accessed services (defined as: have not sent voice messages, have not attended the Zoom call, and have not submitted the intake form)
No refunds for partial months or after services have been used


4. AVAILABILITY & RESPONSE TIMES

You may send voice messages at any time
Coach responds to messages Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm CST (excluding national holidays)
Response times typically occur within the same business day, but may extend to the next business day during high-volume periods
Monthly Zoom calls are scheduled by mutual agreement based on availability


5. NATURE OF COACHING RELATIONSHIP

Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on helping you achieve your business goals
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice
You are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and results from the coaching relationship
Coach maintains ethics and standards established by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
Different clients experience different results; Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction


6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

Communicate honestly and be open to feedback
Implement your own decisions and action plans
Dedicate time and energy to participate fully in coaching
Recognize that coaching may touch on multiple life areas (work, finances, health, relationships) and that incorporating coaching principles is your responsibility


7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information you share is kept confidential according to ICF Code of Ethics
Coach will not disclose your information without written consent
Coach will not use your name as a reference without consent
Exceptions: Coach may disclose information if: (a) required by law or court order; (b) Coach reasonably believes there is imminent risk of harm to you or others; or (c) information involves illegal activity

Note: The coach-client relationship is not legally privileged like attorney-client or doctor-patient relationships.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Coach is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the coaching relationship
Coach is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (technical failures, illness, natural disasters, etc.)
In such cases, Coach will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule


9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

Client: Cancel via written notice (see Section 3)
Coach: May terminate immediately if Client breaches these terms or engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior


10. MODIFICATIONS
Coach reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service with 30 days notice to active clients. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
